Hi, I'm Chase — and I started Home & Grounds because homeowners deserved better.

I've spent my career working outdoors — learning every aspect of what it takes to build an outdoor living space the right way. And what I kept seeing, over and over, was homeowners who were frustrated. Frustrated by contractors who didn't show up when they said they would. Frustrated by projects that looked good in the proposal but fell short in real life. Frustrated by the feeling that nobody actually cared about the outcome as much as they did.

So I built Home & Grounds to be different. Not just a contractor — a company that treats every project like it's our own backyard.
