Crew Member / Laborer

You’ll support the build of outdoor living projects on site. Your job is to follow direction, handle materials, and keep job sites clean, safe, and moving.

Responsibilities:

➤ Assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, and fire features

➤ Load and unload materials and tools

➤ Prepare and clean job sites daily

➤ Follow crew leader instructions and safety standards

➤ Operate basic tools and equipment

Requirements:

➤ 1 to 2 years of construction or labor experience preferred

➤ Ability to lift 50 to 80 lbs consistently

➤ Strong work ethic and reliability

➤ Willing to work outdoors in all weather

➤ Team player with a positive attitude

Project Manager

You’ll keep projects on schedule and clients informed from start to finish. Your job is to coordinate crews, materials, and timelines while delivering a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:
➤ Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
➤ Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
➤ Communicate updates with clients regularly
➤ Handle change orders and resolve issues quickly
➤ Ensure quality control on every project

Requirements:
➤ 2 to 5 years of project management experience in construction
➤ Strong organization and communication skills
➤ Ability to manage multiple projects at once
➤ Experience reading plans and job specs
➤ Customer first mindset

Outdoor Living -3D Landscape Designer

You’ll design high impact outdoor living spaces that turn ideas into buildable plans. Your job is to create clear 3D visuals that help clients see the final result and move forward with confidence.

Responsibilities:
➤ Meet with clients to understand vision, budget, and space
➤ Create 2D layouts and 3D renderings for outdoor projects
➤ Design patios, retaining walls, fire features, and full backyard builds
➤ Present designs and material options to clients
➤ Revise concepts based on feedback
➤ Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure build accuracy

Requirements:
➤ 1 to 3 years of landscape or outdoor living design experience
➤ Proficiency in 3D design software
➤ Strong eye for layout, grading, and material selection
➤ Ability to present and explain designs clearly
➤ Knowledge of hardscaping and construction methods

Sales Representative

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners ready to upgrade their outdoor space. Your job is to qualify leads, run consultations, and close projects.

Responsibilities:
➤ Respond to inbound leads and follow up fast
➤ Present solutions and pricing clearly
➤ Track pipeline and follow ups in CRM
➤ Hit weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
➤ 1 to 3 years of sales experience
➤ Strong communication and closing skills
➤ Comfortable with face to face sales
➤ Organized and self driven
➤ Experience in home services is a plus

Every person on our team is here because they're genuinely skilled at what they do and they care about doing it right. We treat them accordingly.

Hands-on outdoor experience

Experience in hardscaping, masonry, landscaping, patio installation, or outdoor construction is a strong advantage. We're willing to train the right person, but field experience means a faster start.

Physical fitness & outdoor readiness

This is hands-on outdoor work in Minnesota — which means summer heat, early mornings, and physical labor. You're comfortable in those conditions and you bring energy to the job site.
